How to Register for BYOP® Programs:

1. Complete the contact form by clicking on the red link listed next to the program above. Net Results program PAY online; Lovejoy & Allen pay by mail or at the 1st Introduction to BYOP® meeting
2. Download the flyer from the contact page
3. Download waiver if at Net Results facility
   
4. Attend Introduction to BYOP® Program (spring program register for BYOP® sessions)
   
5. Download Guidelines for BYOP® Lovejoy & BYOP® Allen
   
6. Confirmation of Acceptance will be emailed within 48-72 hours after your online form has been received, as well as, waivers, and full payment. Parent and athlete MUST attend one of the above Introduction to BYOP® sessions.
