Phase I – BYOP®
Provides a program and a certification specifically for players ages
10 and under with their parents engaged in each session
Phase II – GKYS™
Is a certification program to help teachers, parents and coaches
training kids 7 and under Level 1 and 8 and up Level 2
Phase III – BYOP® on the Go!
Monthly ZOOM shows with guests from families, coaches, teachers, and parents with discussion relating to training kids and what schools and/or programs are now doing with the NELSON Factor with the Methodology that is Kidz-Centered
Phase IV – BYOP® VOD (Video on Demand)!
Video Volleyball Snipets that teachers, parents can rent for a limited time starting at $0.99
Phase V – RNN Sport Gym™
Bringing training, online courses, equipment, library, history into one Virtual platform, just like Google Classroom. This RNN Sports Gym™ will allow different levels of access to this information as well as access to one of the LEADERS in training kidz ages 3-10. Any teacher, parent, player, and/or coach in the WORLD can have access. One stop shopping!!! 2021 Roll Out!
Phase VI – PROJECT Get Certified™
Nelson is launching a significant push to elevate "Project Get Certified™" to the next level.
She has planned three GKYS™ courses for the summer of 2025, aiming to certify 100 coaches by 2030.
