2nd year program:  for Ages 5-10

How to Register for BYOP® Programs:

1. Complete the contact form by clicking on the red link listed to the left. Lovejoy pay by mail or at the 1st Introduction to BYOP® meeting
   
2. Download the flyer from the contact page or below
   
3. Download waiver waiver will be provided
   
4. Attend Introduction to BYOP® Program 6:00-7:00 pm (required for both player and parent) either September 22 (Lovejoy). or September 17 (Allen).
   
5. Download Guidelines fro BYOP® Lovejoy  (available online after September 23) or at Introduction at Sept 22 or 17 meeting.
   
6. Confirmation of Acceptance will be emailed within 48-72 hours after your online form has been received, as well as, waivers, and full payment. Parent and athlete MUST attend one of the above Introduction to BYOP® sessions.

Limited Space and registration is determined on a first come, first served basis.

If you are on the wait list for BYOP® – Lovejoy (Monday)...you may register for the BYOP® – Allen (Wednesday) or BYOP® – Net Results Sunday Program for ages 5 - 10  and their parents
