BYOP® - Allen Program (NEW Program)

OPEN: Program 5 (NEW) : BYOP®-Allen 
NEW Program: for ages 5-9  - 16 spots
Session 1: Wed Oct 1, 8, 15, 22      15                            
Session 2: Wed Oct. 29, Nov 5, 12, 19  15
Allen High School:   Introduction Session:  Sept.17 

How to Register for BYOP® Programs:

1. Complete the contact form by clicking on the red link listed above. Lovejoy pay by mail or at the 1st Introduction to BYOP® meeting
2. Download the flyer from the contact page or below
   
3. Download waiver waiver off contact page for athlete and parent (s)
   
4. Attend Introduction to BYOP® Program 6:00-7:00 pm (required for both player and parent) either or September 17 (Allen)September 22 (Lovejoy).
   
5. Download Guidelines fro BYOP® - Allen  (available online after September 23) or at Introduction at Sept 17 or 22 meeting.
   
6. Confirmation of Acceptance will be emailed within 48-72 hours after your online form has been received, as well as, waivers, and full payment. Parent and athlete MUST attend one of the above Introduction to BYOP® sessions.

Wednesday, September 17 – 6:00-7:00 Introduction to BYOP® – Allen (required)
Allen High School
(parent and player registering for either session)

Limited Space and registration is determined on a first come, first served basis.

If you are on the wait list for BYOP® – Allen (Wednesday) you may register for the BYOP® – Lovejoy  (Monday) or BYOP® – Net Results Sunday Program for ages 5 or 10 and their parents.
