You MUST complete both the brvc, LLC photo release, brvc, LLC participant agreement, and Net Results waiver and full NON-refundable payment (payment link will be sent  via email.). 

If you are currently enrolled in the BYOP® or GKYS™ 2024 program, you DO not have to complete the 3 waivers, with the exception of those at Willow Springs. You must complete the Kcw_NRSC-minor waiver. 

Space is provided to only GoKids Youth Sports™Level 1 or Level 2 unless one of these sessions does not have registered players.

    **Online Contact form for BYOP® and GKYS™ Summer program

    There are NO make-ups for any sessions, and all payments are NON-refundable . Your online  payment will also include a convenience processing fee for all programs. If  the minimum number of players are not registered, the training fee will increase. 

    Player shirts may be provided for ONLY  for the 8 week program for NEW families, depending on size availability and registration status.  If a training shirt is provided, please wear to each of the  training sessions.

    You will be emailed your registration online payment link after receipt of all waivers and this contact form. All payments received are NON-refundable, however if space is not available your payment will go toward the next session.
