YOU MUST HAVE CURRENT 2024 WAIVER (s) on file for 2024 BAF™: THE PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT and PHOTO RELEASE, NET RESULTS Waiver (if you are at BYOP®-Net Results and you MUST have RECEIVED CONFIRMATION from BYOP® to ATTEND this EVENT.

Every NEW family for any BYOP® activity MUST have a yearly updated participant waiver and a photo release signed by any family member that will be on the court . This include the following
BYOP® events: Bring A Friend™, registered families and Skills/PLAYDAY or any clinic or camp. Please download both waivers participant (have all family members sign) and photo release (have all family members sign) above waivers for download. Return your waivers no later than February 10 for February 12 and before April 18 for April 10 BAF™ |
