Complete all information listed below and download the waivers for Net Results program (sign both and provide before training) as well as BYOP® Participant Waiver and BYOP® Photo release. Be sure to download all waivers and sign. You will receive the photo release waiver once you have completed your contact form below. Both Parent and Player must wear BYOP® shirt for all training sessions (if registered for BYOP® - Lovejoy
