1. Home Training Program Series™ allows your child (age 7 and under and 8 and up) to watch a video, practice the exercise and answer a few age-appropriate questions.  The program is based on an 8 week/7 day-a-week with downloadable charts to keep track. Younger age children might need a little assistance to get starter.
2. BYOP® 101 allows a parent, teacher, coach or player to view videos that introduce the 4 basic skills of volleyball with progressions and key words fostering immediate success.
