Every NEW family for any BYOP® activity MUST have a yearly updated waiver and a photo release signed by any family member that will be on the court . This include the following BYOP® events:
Bring A Friend, registered families and Skills/PLAYDAY or any clinic or camp. Please download both waivers participant (have all family members sign) and photo release (have all family members sign) above waivers for download. |
