Every NEW family for any BYOP® activity MUST have a yearly updated participant waiver and a photo release signed by any family member that will be on the court . This include the following
BYOP® events: Bring A Friend™, registered families and Skills/PLAYDAY or any clinic or camp. Please download both participant waivers (have all family members sign) and photo release (have all family members sign) Return your waivers no later than October 15 for October 27 BAF™ |
